How to make Banana Stem Juice

When you see the inner core of the stem, cut it into rings and transfer it into a grinder/ blender.
Add 1 cup of water to the mix and grind till the juice becomes smooth.
It is important to strain the liquid as tough fibre does mix with juice. So it must be strained to make it palatable.
